It's not a published poem. Eric Lomax says he thought it up in a moment of delirium.

“At the beginning of time the clock struck one

Then dropped the dew and the clock struck two

From the dew grew a tree and the clock struck three

The tree made a door and the clock struck four

Man came alive and the clock struck five

Count not, waste not the years on the clock

Behold I stand at the door and knock.” Eric Lomax

The poem in the movie is not "The Clock Struck One" by Trudy Harris. That's a children's poem/book.

There are 22 Hebrew letters. Revelation has 22 chapters. Chapter 4 would literally mean, A door. Revelation 4, Behold a door was opened up in heaven. It s hard to imagine somebody just thought it up when it looks so much like a reference to the 4th Hebrew letter in reference to the 4th chapter of Revelation where a door is opened up.
