What happens if a co-worker turns in photos of me from college?

I have been teaching for 6 years as a kindergarten teacher. A co-worker went online and found photos of me out drinking and in risky clothing. This was while I was in college and not at my current job.

I have been cleared by the school board, superintendent, and my principal. I have already returned to work as if nothing has happened.

What sort of discipline could happen to my co-worker ?

What is standard procedure ?

I am from milwaukee, WI .

Discipline? None. There is already enough case law on this matter. If your co-worker is disciplined in any way, they hit the lawsuit jackpot.
