What do I do?My sister is suppressing her emotions. What do you think I should tell her?
Recently our grandfather died and she has been very upset about it.I could really use you guys to try to persuade her to confine in us.Normally she pushes us out the door and locks it.

People mourn in different ways at different speeds. Give her her space. When she's ready, she'll open up to someone she can trust. It might be you, mom, or her best friend. But it'll be her choice, at her speed. Don't push her into your pattern just because it worked for you. Let her find her own path.

confide in us, not confine in us.
She's not suppressing her emotions.
She is numb.
Everybody suffers grief in their own way.
Just leave her alone.
She will survive.
