Should I get a gaming PC over a PS4?

Question

Gaming PC is £350.

I DO NOT CARE about high detail and all of that. All I care about is FPS. I don't care if games are low or LOWEST detail (games such as BF4, DayZ)

ok PC is very modular and if you build it you can replace parts as you see fit, huge selection of games and much more indie and kick starter games than consoles steam and origin have games that x box and ps3
call exclusives. i have an average computer and i run bf3 at 60-90 fps at any given time.

Then just get a PS4. It would look better and you wouldn't have to deal with compatibility (Because a low budget PC will eventually stop being able to play newer games at ALL, not even at lowest settings).

And at your budget, that would happen within 1-2 years. So you might as well get a PS4 and get guaranteed playing for 7+ years

Id say PS4, there is a more variety of games (a major variety). There are not many PC games of a major variety. Also, many games (FPS included) are specific to the Sony or Microsoft consoles (PS4 or XBOX1).
