Ok... you did it.. you made me sook reading this question thanks very much ((((P)))) .. !!!
And if i could see the screen through tears i would write..........
Ok.. have collected myself and my thoughts.. kind of...
17 years of Love has gone into this HOME. It has seeped into the very fibre of this building and the 2 acres of garden we created from nothing here, telling it's own story of it's present owners.. not for much longer.... Each garden room invites you in to see what is around the next corner. The Secret Garden.. It is magical and full of fairies. The child in you cannot help but to be revived when you are in it. (IF you have imaginitus) that is)
What would i leave?.. I can't help but leave a huge part of ourselves.. because a huge part of my heart and W's will remain... The beauty is that we have so much Love, that we are happy to share with the new people and having met them a couple of times now, i feel they are going to Love it just as much.. so it will be in good hands. So that eases my mind.In the physical sense, I plan on leaving bunches of fresh Camelias and daisies that are in flower at present, on the mantles (picked by the fairies of course), the fires all set to light, a Welcome HOME note, an aerial view of the property that was left to us and a cd made up of photos from how it looked 17 years ago showing the progression of a house that became a Home.
Sook, sook sook sook sook sook sook sook. Red nosed fairy. (-:
The old bricks you can see that were lovingly laid by W.... came from his grandmothers old chimney after she passed away. Her house had been in their family for 3 generations. SO things like this is part of the STORY.. that is very hard to leave. Many of our plants have stories of the relationships we have with different people or places that we acquired cuttings from to create all this. There is the Rowin section and the Nana section etc, etc, etc and so on. SO many memories that we take with us... and multiple photos.... sook sook sook!!! (-:
I am not coming back to this question.. or there will be a flood.
