Two deputies were killed by Marcello Marquez. He shot 4 deputies total. Likely drug cartel types, cannot control emotions, act on impulse. What can be done to keep guns away from killers?

I think it's a tragic loss of life.

They weren't "drug cartel" types .They were criminals who had hijacked a car.
