You need to go to the websites for the colleges you like, and read up on their transfer requirements. You also need to find out if you can apply to transfer for the spring. A lot of the CSUs last year could not accept spring transfers, so you need to check to see if they have admissions open for this spring, or if you must wait until the fall to start.
If you can apply for their spring term, then they won't see your current term's grades by the time you apply. If you have to wait until the fall to start, then they will see this term's grades.
If you really need to get out of ASU as quickly as possible, for financial or other reasons, I'd suggest you apply to any college you want, but that you also apply to transfer to a community college in California. The cc will act as a backup school should you not get into the other schools. Spend a couple of terms there, complete the Cal State transfer requirements, boost your GPA, then apply to the Cal States.
