Disagreeing with the current majority view in science?
Do you think that disagreeing with the current majority view in science can be an important step in the development of new insights and discoveries in science.

Only if the person disagreeing with the current majority view has REAL evidence instead of BS.

Sure, if you have some rational basis for the disagreement, and you subject your theories to the scientific method, and peer review. What specific disagreement are we talking about here? Gravity? :)
