Which part of this passage is the argument that I should be summarizing? (philosophy class)?
I have to summarize and analyze arguments by B. C. Johnson and John Hick concerning the problem of evil for Philosophy class.
Does the author rebutting opposing claims (atheist vs theist) count as that author's argument? He spends a great amount of time arguing against the other side. If I did summarize that part, I would end up with well over the limit of 4-6 pages. Not to mention I have to include Aquinas's arguments too.
