Deuces wild in poker hands?
If playing poker with deuces wild and you hold A,2,2,2,2 could this be a five ace flush?

Depends on the rules in place, but usually wildcards can't be used to duplicate a card in your hand, so you couldn't make (for example) 5 x Ace of Spaces. The only exception would be to allow for a 5 of a kind -- you'd have one Ace of each suit, plus the 5th Ace. Five of a kind outranks even a royal flush.

Depneds on what rules regarding wild cards are used.

No, best would be five of a kind.

5 of a kind is a hand, there is no such thing as a 5 Ace Flush, so I'd say no.

You could make it 5 Aces, or just a Ace flush, but the better hand would be a royal flush. Hand over, you win.
