    200 Celsius is 392 Fahrenheit

    350 f = 177 c

The 350 temperature is from the farenheit scale, and the 200 temperature is from the celcius scale.

You can google oven temperatures and convert farenheit, celcius & gas numbers.

A conventional oven can go up to 550 Degrees. You are looking at the temperature guide upside down.

you must be able to follow these directions, throw out this oven and buy a new oven regardless of the cost.

Then there's something wrong with your oven...it should go to about 500

Are you in the UK and using a US recipe? 200 degrees Celsius is pretty much close to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Look at the temperature scale in use.

    350F is about 175C.

Get a new oven. You can't bake anything at 200.

Is that 200 degree temp in F or C? That makes a difference.
