help me translate korean romanization?

I dont know why but I received a message recently where someone was trying to talk korean to me but used romanization so I have no idea what they were trying to say..

"Yo ong go mo Tay yo"

theyre trying to play off being a native korean but we dont use romanization so im lost

I think they were trying to say this "영고 못해요."

I just translated it based on the "romanization" alone, so I m not sure if I m 100% right.
