No. Because he won't go. Even if they get him and he signs it won't matter, he can't help them until:
A) They get new ownership that is committed to doing it right: See the Patriots, Seahawks or Steelers.
B) They get a decent coach and a completely new and competent staff.
1) This means firing everybody, cleaning house and starting over. After "A)" above is done first.
2) Remember the Browns had the Greatriatest coach in history -- Bill Belichik -- and they fired him after an 11-5 season.
C) They get him a decent O-line.
D) Do A,B,C and Cleveland has a chance, until then... sorry Ohio, because Cincinnati is a mess too. SORRY.
