No! Let's put it this was, I have a horizontal scar shaped like the Big Dipper across my chest from heart surgery when I was a child. At it's widest point it's over an inch across, though it's quite narrow where it curves under one breast. (In ye olden days females were given horizontal scars as a matter of routine.) Fast forward to growing up and becoming sexually active; no man has ever noticed the first time even with the lights on, and believe me, once they did notice the reaction has always been curiosity, not disgust. My ex-husband though it was something I had done during a few weeks apart when we were first dating as he had no recollection of it at all. Current partner asked me if I'd been leaning against the desk for a long time that day when he noticed it after a few months. He thought it was a temporary mark like when your face is crumbled from a rough pillow in the morning. He too swears that he never saw it before. Did I mention that it's a huge fricking scar? That's just two examples. Guys care much less than girls about scars if they care at all, that's if they even notice.
