As a woman who was gang raped when she was 14, it makes it easier to see why she has a real problem and some dark feelings towards men.
An event which would likely affect anyone girl or boy well into their adulthood. Having read several of her articles I find a woman who in one promotes what it means to be a good father today. In another where she worries about her own obviously much loved son, growing up and being like those boys who raped her.
She is the result of her experiences, just like us all and while I do not think she seriously wants to "kill all men" and it is not something I would ever suggest, I understand where and why such dark thoughts come from, fear, anger maybe she still even feels rage.
She is an example of what child sex abuse does to the victim and how it can cloud their attitude to their abusers gender for many years, even for life.
