You need to know there is no such thing as "blond hair dye". There is not really any hair dye at all! There IS dye, which is used for fabric, and some people do use it on hair. But the hair needs to be bleached first -- that is generally understood by anyone doing this kind of work. There are some idiots that try to put fabric dye on their dark hair, and nothing happens, of course!
Hair can only be lightened (bleached) or darkened. There is no other option. You are either removing or adding colour to hair. You must always keep in mind what is there already, what colour is already existing in the hair.
In order to colour your hair with aqua or rosy-pink, you need to first remove all natural hair colour. You can't have any other colour pigments interfering with what you are going to add. Of course, if you have some nice orange or yellow hair, and you add acqua -- well, you will see! It's a fun experiment; but don't then complain that "it didn't turn out" as it was supposed to!! Of course it does!! It ALWAYS comes out exactly as you do it!! If you make a mistake, it will come out as a mistake!! No other way around that.
You may be best to seek the advice of a qualified professional hair colourist first before attempting anything on your own. You have already shown that you know nothing about colouring hair! Seek some professional advice!!
