Another incentive that would help. Would be, to use the new EU tax principle of taxing the revenues made by corporations, in the country in which their revenues are made.
So, offshore companies would have to pay tax at the source of their earnings and not as it's now, in the offshore-country where their companies are registers.
This would mean less tax for the lower and middle wage groups and those companies that are home register, thus giving them more money in their pockets. This would also have a positivist effect on the economy and thereby on employment.
