Apple cider vinegar?
I felt fine the rest of the day, just a little strange. I started jogging an hour later and I felt slightly lightheaded.
I also felt extremely tired 4 hours ago, so I lied down to take a nap. I woke up 30 minutes ago and I feel SO out of it. I dont really know what's going on with me. Nothing hurts, I just feel SO tired and SO out of energy.
