That depends on what the minister approves, the wind instrument you're playing, how long collecting the offering is likely to take, and what pieces are already on the program- you really don't want to duplicate any of them- and on what this congregation is used to hearing and on what kind of stance your denomination is taking on the present state of the nation. Frankly, this country is in a time of crisis, and the the music I would likely pick for this would be old music that emphasizes unity, thankfulness for what we have, and a sense of community and I would choose tunes that actually are hymns and have words that most people are going to know, such as "Now Thank We All Our God" and "Blest Be the Tie That Binds" (the version that most people know, not that other one). Those songs make as much sense as any specifically "patriotic" tune from a viewpoint of thankfulness and unity.
But that's just me and I no longer am a church musician. Suit yourself- and the minister, and the congregation.
