Because we are very familiar with our own voice , pronunciations, behavior, style and the way we talk. So, when we think in a particular topic we can visualize and here ourselves.

  • Solitary silence in disciplined meditation is the only way I know to hear from the inside out. :D

    Our inner ear.

Thoughts can somewhat comes in dreams. When you feel worried about something, probably money problems or love problems, dreams can somewhat show our "insecurity". Suppose you have a problem with someone, then in your dream, that person does what you desire. That dream is your inner brain telling a sign what you feel. So start noticing your dream.

Sometimes it's difficult not to and it would be interesting to hear the expert neuroscientists view about which areas of the brain are involved. It seems likely to me that thoughts arrive from the subconscious in the same way that sensory input does, and it isn't a simple (or logical) process.

Therefore the best way to hear your own thoughts is to minimise all sensory input, relax, and be receptive. A word of warning though. It isn't a good idea to listen too intently to the extent that your ideas free wheel and it becomes difficult to switch them off. The subconscious has dark corners which you may not like and imagination is a powerful tool

Thoughts are not your own. Spirits think and you just listen. Spirits are separate elements. A human being is not a single spirit. A human being doesn't have a spiritual body. A human being during his/her life time is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. Brain is just a media to connect the spirits to your mind. A mind is just a computer's mind. After the destruction of a computer completely you will not get it's mind. The same is the case with the human beings. Soul is nothing but an energy needed for the functionality of a body. It is not a spirit or anything else. All human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games.

    • Very few people will understand this concept. However, we are only one spirit trapped in this Biological Host, with suppressed memories of many other lives. Other spirits may try too control you; but, the decisions you finally make will still remain your own.

we don't... our thoughts are the result of energy being processed by our consciousness....

the process of "hearing" is simply the conversion of vibrations into energy by the brain...

this is one of the ideas at the center of a belief structure that the physical world as we know it is actually an illusion and that our consciousness (collective and individual) is actually a "hologram" of sorts... a manifestation by our consciousness of the "ripples" created when energy waves flow and intersect...

By going over them in our own mind..... this requires a discipline of self critique.

I suppose thought processes work on the brain's electrical currents rather than requiring us to speak in order to hear.
