Is work giving me carpal tunnel syndrome?

I work in a warehouse and after a few months of being there my forearm really starts to give me a dull pain from pushing boxes down a conveyor all day. Over the weekends it usually goes away but it returns after a day or two of working. Is this job giving me carpal tunnel or something that can lead to permanent damage?

Probably a stressed muscle. There are books that show the pressure points that you can massage to relieve a stressed muscle. Basically, though, you can feel around and find the point that feels sore. Then put pressure on it. You can use a tennis ball or something to help apply pressure.

You can consult an orthopedist, but in my experience, if you don't have a sports injury, they're not very interested.
