No. They just realize there's no evidence that Trump is a racist.
Now, I know there was a big to-do over Trump's "there were good people on both sides" comment at Charlottesville. I understand why that upset some people. But like Trump, at the time I did not understand. That's because most of us didn't even KNOW about that rally until the violence broke out. And when it did, we didn't know it was basically a White Supremacist rally. The initial impression was that it was something totally different.
So, as it turns out, it was White Supremacist vs Antifa, so there were NO good people on EITHER side of that rally. We never imagined there would ever BE such a thing in Charlottesville. We thought it was just another Right vs Left rally at first. So the "good people on both sides" thing made sense then. Obviously, it doesn't now.
Admittedly, as President, Trump should have gotten his facts straight before saying anything. But I think he spoke from misunderstanding, not racism. But we've moved on. Trump has moved on. And the sooner you move on the better off you'll be.
Realizing this, people like Kayne West recognize that Trump is good for America. And what is good for America is good for ALL her citizens, not just those of a particular race. West is thinking FOR HIMSELF instead of following the crowd. Good for him.
