If you are otherwise healthy, this is probably down to your genetics (light skin+dark skin), and is perfectly normal. When there is no underlying cause, this is just known as a sallow coloured complexion. Most people tend not to like it, especially on the face, but it's easy enough to use cosmetics to improve your look. Infantile jaundice wouldn't be having an effect on your skin colour now, so you might have to learn to live with this, as so many people do. But if there is any suspicion that it's caused by any kind of ill-health, you should see your doctor, just to check.
