Goodness sake...…..way out of range...….Best to research what is the going rates and setup a proper way to judge each customer...…..good luck..(setup a schedule what to charge each customers request) .use forms on line sure helps.....never set yourself short as cleaning for others is a huge job.

Also important to remember each customer prefers their type of floors cleaned with certain products...they hopefully have...…..and know how to truly clean real wood floor.....never with water....

yep-- once they get into your house (like if you ordered a groupon) they will ask if you want to "upgrade" to their better quality service-- for an additional fee. Its called bait and switch

I’d price it by the hour

We paid $20 an hour for 4 hours a day, four times a month for cleaning of our 4,000 ft.², 5-bedroom house 20 years ago. It was unpleasant for everyone involved.

Depends if it is a pig pen or not.

Don't bid until you see, major mistake, add $30 for the view.

Charge by the hour with a first hour minimum charge. The house could be trashed and you can be there for days. $110 then would be too little money.

That depends. Cleaners are usually paid by the hour. You could spend 4 hours cleaning a house that size, or you could spend 3 days. And we don't know what the usual hourly rate is for cleaners where you are.
