Were blacks at their all time worst in the 70s, and were cops like Jimmy Boyle justified who racially profiled and attacked thugs in harlem?

    Not even slightly, as I was forced to witness during the same time period growing up in Philadelphia. At the end of the day, I expect the sworn public servants to be lawful and honorable long before I would expect any civilian...call me crazy.
