    I think the only one with insecurities are the ones who made this ad. If you believe promoting things that’s few men are doing and putting men in a negative light is a good thing then that’s fine. Maybe we should put that video up too.

    'Heathers', 'Mean Girls', whatever movie they end up making about the Slenderman case... It's not like female on female violence isn't in the cultural zeitgeist. One ad doesn't some pop culture tsunami make. If you could take this ad for what it is, a dying brand flailing around for headlines, you might comprehend that it's less about masculinity and more about Proctor & Gamble attempting to achieve some relevance in a marketplace increasingly dominated by online solutions that are cheaper and offer a better product. If you take this ad personally you're someone who's already got some severe insecurities.
