What should the Cubs do with Joe Maddon?

if they don't make it to the pennant, or don't win it, should they part with Maddon?

with all the talent they have on their team, should it always be World Series or bust? i don't want to say 2016 was a fluke, i just think everything went right. even with Schwarber hurt for the year, everything else was just clicking for them on all levels.

if they do, who could be out there for a new manager? david ross? Joe Giradi? other?
