Good strategy for sleeping?
I work nights Mon to Fri. Get home Saturday morning. Sleep for five hours then go to bed at 9pm because on Sundays I need to be at work by 6am. The problem I am having is when I go bed Saturday nite I sleep for three hours then I am up. I am exhausted by the time I get work how can I get mire then three hours of sleep?

Make yourself tired. Do a quick workout, 25 push ups, some crunches, planks and squats then take a shower and relax.... or you can do it the other way if you don’t think you’ll sweat lol.
