    I never have. But a friend of mine told me he thought it was worth $1 just dream about what you'd do with the money if you won.

    I agree with the old saying--The lottery is a tax on people who don't understand the laws of probability.

      Or consider it a donation towards the public good. Giving government more money, and someone who wins more happy.
