Water. Orange juice, tasty as it is, is loaded with sugar and carbs - unless you get pure, unadulterated, fresh-squeezed OJ. But even then, it's high in carbs. Water, though, has zero calories, zero sugar, zero carbs, etc. Personally I drink 3 to 4 16oz bottled waters a day. If you want the Vitamin C that oranges offer, have a handful of strawberries with your water instead. Six or seven strawberries have as much vitamin C as an orange, but each strawberry has less than 1/10th the carbs. Have six or seven and you're still only taking in about half the carbs you'd get from one orange.

I would go with the water - OJ is kind of like a dessert if you rack up all that sugar you are taking in just to quench your thirst! One 8 oz glass of OJ contains 22 grams of sugar. By comparison, 8-ounces of Dr. Pepper (pick your pop) contains 27grams of sugar. A cup cake with icing has 26 grams of sugar. Continue drinking oj as it has some nutritional value, just keep it in check.
