A number of items in the start circuit. Key switch working? Wiring good? neutral start lockout? kill switch? Deadman switch? Check each , find the fault & go boating.

blown Fuse, Bad Connection, Ignition Switch Bad. Deadman Switch. Start with the basics, check the dead man, then fuses, connections, etc.. The fact that you can jump the solenoid and it turns over indicates the battery is good and you have power to the solenoid. Now check to see if you have power at the switch and work backwards.

Don't you know? Boat stands for Bring Out Another Thousand.

Unless you literally live on the water or know jow to fix then yourself, boats tend to be moneysinks

If it did when you docked it then the battery post may need cleaned, battery filled with water to cut in the hole, then charge. Or jump it.

If that doesnt work battery tested and replaced.
