It's actually less protein for giant breeds, as you want to make sure they don't grow too fast, which would be bad for bones and large breeds need a special calcium phosphorus ratio.
Honestly, it probably isn't going to matter too much which you feed. Some of those dog breeds are kind of right on the line, but since she is a mixed breed and none of those breeds are especially prone to those issues, so it's very unlikely you would need to do a large breed food. That doesn't mean it would be bad to do though. It just means it probably really doesn't matter either way. If you feel like she is going to be really big, you can do the large breed, or if you're concerned, but you pretty much just aren't going to have any problems with regular puppy food anyway.
