I have a Lexmark X4270 copier and the black ink cartridge was put in backward-how do I get it out without messing anything up?

As to how that happened I don't know. Ink cartridges go in only one way. Manufacturers spend great efforts to make that so. If someone managed to put it in the wrong way, I assume the whole printer is broken already.

Carefully. Just try to wiggle it back and fought, slowly
