Iq test question. Which does not belong to the group, 1417, 1533, 1605, 1722, 1822, 1902?

Hmm... Are you sure you've copied the question correctly?
The digits of 1533, 1605, 1722 and 1902 all add up to 12. They are also multiples of 3 as a result.
1417 and 1822 are not. I think one of them was copied incorrectly.
I found a nearly identical version of this, but it had 1812 instead of 1822. Its digits would then add up to 12 like the others. So I believe the intended answer is 1417 whose digits add up to 13.

its impossible for you to know if my answer is correct or not unless you also ask me to justify it - but they never do
To set a question to measure IQ and assume there can only be 1 correct answer is stupid

Without further context, I would have to say that there is no group.
If this is in some historical context, they might even be the dates of European wars.

1902, obviously. The parents of some people alive today were born in 1902 or earlier. No person alive today could have parents born in 1822 or earlier.

1822 is the only one that is a perfect square more than its predecessor

I give up. They are all within +/- 1.5 sigma of the average, they all have 2, 3, or 4 factors, some are even, some are odd. The differences between them don't look interesting.
