But what if Trump didn't enforce the ruling in this case? What if he ordered the Department of Justice to stand down and not enforce Roe v. Wade and cited that it was his duty to uphold the Constitution, and that the judiciary made an unconstitutional ruling? Would that be the ultimate example of checks and balances?
