    They CAN'T assign the use of body or mind, legally or otherwise.

    The state may compel blood test for many reasons. Also they may compel certain surgeries to recover evidence from the body.

    The 'state' has messed with people's bodies and minds since Tuskegee and MK ULTRA and lied to do it.
