What is wrong with my cat?

His right cheek is puffy and so I felt a big lump on his mouth. He has a dripping nose and eyes like he has a sneezing cold. He also feels a bit warmer than usual.

Your cat probably has an abscess in his face/jaw. It might be from a bad tooth, it might be from a wound, or it might be something more serious. An abscess from a tooth can affect the sinuses (hence dripping nose and watery eyes) and even constrict breathing. He feels warm because of the infection in his system. An untreated abscess can lead to sepsis which is often fatal if not treated in time.

You need to get your cat to a vet tomorrow and have this taken care of immediately.

May be an abscessed tooth. Your veterinarian will be able to clean out the infection and prescribe antibiotics.

Take him to a vet. It sounds like an infection.
