Who is your immediate relative who is a US citizen & who earns enough to support self, all dependents, plus you? Depending on your citizenship & relationship to your sponsor, it currently takes up to 25 years for Priority Date to become current so that the prospective immigrant gets their visa interview scheduled, etc.
But as a minor child, you are not going anywhere without mommy & daddy!
If you want to go to university in the US after you graduate from high school, and if your parents have the money to pay for it (current minimum cost of USD50,000/yr for 4 yrs), you might consider going to university in the US. However, you must return to your country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies. These are non-immigration visas & you cannot remain.
NO chance you would ever teach high school in the US. No shortage of teachers, and no chance of any employment visa. So there's no point getting an education degree in the US. You need to go to university in your own country, get certification to teach in your own country.
At this point, there is no way you are coming to US. You are not even old enough to participate in a foreign exchange student program for up to one year.
