    Highest pH is 11 - 12.

    Highest acidity is 4 - 4.5.

    8.0 - 9.0 doesn't figure anywhere.

Why do you suppose 8.0-9.0 is higher than 11.0-12.0 or 9.0-11.0?

    Odd question, I'd say 8-9?

The lower the ph numbers, the higher the acid, 3.0 is acidic, 7 is neutral.
