Define "sun". A star in general, or one approximately like our own? Or THE Official Sun of ours?

Better to ask about "stars" rather than "suns". Our own Sun is simply a medium-sized star, one of hundreds of billions of stars in the Milky Way.

There are an estimated 400 billion stars in the Milky Way.
Only about 10% of those stars are like our sun.

There's a range of estimates, from about 200 billion up to 450 billion stars; I usually choose somewhere in the middle - about 250 billion...

the Milky Way Galaxy is estimated to have 250-300 billion stars.

There are roughly 250 billion stars (+/- 150 billion - I guess it's hard to count them all).
There's only one "sun" though (that's the name of the star closest to us).
