if my husband aged 67, and in receipt of state pension passes away, what happens to his pension? I have paid full contributions?

You have paid full contributions so you will get a full pension yourself. Your husband's pension stops when he dies.

Call them. Ask if you are entitled to it.

Sorry but it dies with him. You will still receive your own pension.

If you have paid full contributions, you should have your own pension...right?

His pension dies with him. So look after him.

It will go to the Prime Minister.
