What is the blood glucose level to call the situation “hypoglycaemia”?

The CORRECT answer, my friend, is below 70 mg/dL for diabetics, and below 55 mg/dL for non-diabetics.
I notice that some clown who OBVIOUSLY knows little, to nothing, about blood sugar (glucose) levels is offering thumbs down again. I pity that person's lack of intelligence/intellect and inability to LEARN.
