I broke my ankle and won’t be able to do anything during summer. All my friends will get ahead of me in sports what should I do to catch up?

    Take up something alternative like Wheel chair Archery?

      Well that uses too much lower body, since my ankle is broken I think I’m going to go with cross country running

    You can still work upper body at the gym. As soon as you get cleared from the Dr., get right into sports...you will catch up
