If we are still here we will look likely the same as now, fauna 1 million years ago looked like today except for some extinct species. with proliferation of globalization we will likely continue to mix a lot more, leaving most people to look mixed.
Humans are infamous for having a low mortality rate among animals. Disease, many genetic predispositions and interspecies fighting is a very small factor in determining who is able to pass on their genetic code via breeding.
Our technology will still continue to develop, in 1 million years our tech progress may be at a point we can't imagine right now, but I am sure a lot of this tech will be integrated into our bodies and biology, making us a sort of cyborg. Genetic engineering will likely be a major factor, this pretty much makes predicting how we will look impossible.
