How to save gas when driving?

Gas in price is up and down here in Canada so I want to be wise when I drive my Rogue in ECO mode.

There are a lot of people on the highway doing 150 Km/Hr which probably lowers the fuel economy.

Lots of people on the road floor it from a stop.

Others tailgate so they have to brake more often.

Not sure why people love doing all those things when it costs them money.

It is no concern of your what others do.

If YOU want to save money get a lighter right boot, both on the gas and the brake.

Learn to anticipate road conditions and drive accordingly. Ease off the gas earlier and drive to avoid using your brakes. Pull away gently, keep the rev counter in the green.

Sell the gas guzzler and buy a more economic vehicle, or just sell the vehicle and buy a bicycle..

Just drive conservatively and don't do jack rabbit starts. Also, the Rouge is an SUV which don't get great fuel economy because they are heavy and use bigger rims and tires. If you want better economy i suggest getting a smaller car.
