4 years ago got paid under the table at a job for a month part time then left.will it affect my chances for a secret clearance for the navy?

    No as long as you don't lie about it then it probably will not make a difference.

    No. Makes no difference to the Military.

    Just keep your mouth shut or the IRS may find out.

    If you were paid under the table then you weren't officially employed, so it shouldn't be listed on your SF-86. If you were running drugs or something else illegal, then it might become a problem.

    No paperwork.....no problem, unless perhaps you listed that job on your application to Navy. If no one asks......

    No, but you need to not lie. List the job on the paperwork.
