Why is this?

Why are those that live alone with little to no social contacts often “too chatty” at times when they do see people?

How to balance chatty, to chatty & not chatty enough??

Living alone one has only oneself or the dog to talk to. With others around constantly, people can say what they want to get off their chests at any time at all. It's a novelty for people with no outlet to be able to talk aloud and actually get answers so they make the most of it. After a couple of days they will run out of steam and talk in bursts like everyone else.

I live alone and i'm not all that chatty. I have friends who live alone, and they aren't all chatty either. I do talk a lot with good friends, at times, but they do the same. It's called catching up when it comes to my friends.
