How do I calm down?

I am so stressed and tired right now and I have school and a full weekend and so much work and I can’t take a day off I want to cry

    The following answer has advice for stress reduction that people have said is helpful. Some things are time consuming but others take no time at all.

    I'll add that the people who are most affected by stress are the people who are most afraid of it. A certain amount of stress is healthy, A total absence of stress is boredom, which is not healthy.

    have a hot bath, very relaxing. if no bath then a hot shower

    Stressful weeks and weekends are things many people have to endure in life. Do not seek drugs or alcohol as the solution, but instead be disciplined and Spartan. Exercise, take naps when needed, and keep centered on the values that you hold dear.

    Just relax, the quicker you finish your tasks the more u’ll be relaxed
