Why do those under 30 sometimes exclude those over 30, 40,50 & 60 in chit chat at work? Even when the 55 yr old are nice?

The young are sensitive to some older people who can do and say things to hurt the feelings of the younger people.

Perhaps that happens in your place of work but not in every place.
