Which camera? Need manufacturer name and model number. We don't know if the camera is capturing analog video (VHS, Beta, 8mm tape, Hi8, etc.), digital video using miniDV or Digital8 tape, digital video using minDVD, digital video using flash memory or something else.

If the camera is MiniDV tape based and you are trying to transfer using USB, that won't work. And if the camera uses DVD recording media, USB won't work, either... the disc needs to be finalized in the camera and put in the DVD drive of the computer...

We also don't know what computer you are using...

More detail from you will result in better assistance from us.

You need to give us more details - what sort of camera, what sort of computer, how are you trying to transfer it, what are you trying to find it with...?

what does that mean?. some digital camers save movies as MOV or AVI and you may NOT have the appropriate CODEC for a PLAYER to be able to PLAY it so using BROWSE from inside a PLAYER may not show you that type of movie file. Either convert it, or add the appropriate CODEC or install VLCplayer which usually plays EVERYTHING.
